From the date you receive your order, you have 30 days to request a return. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds after this 30-day period.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Amy & Ivy offers free shipping on all orders within Australia, with no minimum purchase required.

What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returned items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Original packaging should also be included whenever possible.
For change-of-mind or sizing returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Amy & Ivy will cover the return shipping costs.
