This Privacy Policy describes how Amy & Ivy (operated by JQ-COMMERCE, "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and discloses your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from amyandivy.com (the "Site").

Amy & Ivy handles personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to ask that it be corrected, or to ask that it be deleted. If you are a resident of the European Economic Area, you additionally have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please note that your information may be transferred outside of your country of residence, including to Australia and the Netherlands, in order to fulfil your order.

Data Retention

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information, subject to any legal or tax obligations that require us to keep records for a longer period.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
